3rd Place – Team Maja (De La Salle – College of St. Benilde)

Project: MedWare

MedWare aims to prevent incorrect prescription of drugs. Patients with this application will have their own quick response code that will allow them to store their medical history, be able to connect with doctors for verification and allows the drugstore to efficiently prepare the medicine during purchasing.


2nd Place – Team Cee (University of the Philippines)

Project: TraceIT

TraceIT is a tracing program that allows students with special education needs to trace the letters of the English alphabet, numbers and shapes. It focuses on developing and enhancing the students’ gross motor skills by encouraging them to move their arms using a Kinect sensor, or taps the students’fine motor skills by using either a tablet or a mouse.


1st Place – Team Divided By Zero (De La Salle – College of St. Benilde)
Team Members: Camille Ann Domingo, Mark Bautista, JM Josol
Mentor: Ebenezer Uy

Project: KidCamp

KidCAMP is a web and mobile application that augments special education by improving autism communication tools, assisting teachers create learning resources, monitoring student performance and supporting global statistics of progress in autism spectrum disorder. It aims to provide families with an affordable educational platform for ASD students that can help them fulfill equal opportunities for education.

Team Divided By Zero from De La Salle – College of St. Benilde will represent the Philippines in the World Finals to be held in Sydney, Australia on July 2012.
