The Microsoft Imagine Cup gathers students from around the globe to solve the world’s toughest problems by using their skills, knowledge and passion to come up with projects that can address these global challenges. Out of 350,000 students from 183 countries, 2 Teams from the Philippines made it to the World Finals to be held in New York, USA on July 8 – 13 2011.

Every year, Imagine Cup asks participation from the world by asking the public to vote for the Imagine Cup Finalist entry that provides the best solution to the world’s toughest problems.   The People’s Choice Award is a great opportunity for all Imagine Cup 2011 Finalists to share their work to the world. The  team with the most “likes” by July 12, 2011 wins the People’s Choice Award!
