Are you using pirated software?
Now, be ready to get burned.
The Microsoft Academic Team in cooperation with the Microsoft Student Partners (MSP)
Work, learn and play legally by using Microsoft genuine software!
OctoBURNfest is a series of events organized by the Microsoft Student Partners (MSP) which aims to teach and encourage tech students to use genuine Microsoft software through MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDNAA). MSDNAA offers the simplest and most-inexpensive way to provide the latest Microsoft software to tech students and faculty. Through MSDNAA, students and faculty are given easy and free access to software and technology which they can use in their education.
OctoBURNfest highlights the distribution of FREE Microsoft Developer and Designer Tools in MSP schools which are subscribed in MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) through offline downloads. Offline downloads are done by burning the installers in a DVD and/or copying it in an external hard drive.
Apart from this, the event will also feature sessions and games on Microsoft technologies which will be conducted by the Microsoft Student Partners (MSP). The sessions are designed to provide students with proper knowledge and training on how to use these tools to develop the skills they need to realize their career goals and actively contribute to the economy.
So let’s ignite the fire and start burning!
